For Investors & Partners

We own everything we build.

XDRIP Digital Management LLC develops, owns and operates a portfolio of blockchain products. One is generally available and selling today. The rest sit behind it in a pipeline we label honestly — and a services division sells the same engineering capability to outside clients while we build.

Products prove the capability. Client work funds it.

XDRIP Digital Management LLC is a Colorado company that builds, owns and operates its own blockchain infrastructure and consumer products — and sells the same engineering capability to outside clients through its services division, XDRIP Solutions.

That structure is deliberate. The products are commercial systems with real users, real payments and real production incidents, not demos or prototypes. Because no outside capital has been raised, no external roadmap has been imposed: what ships, ships when it is ready to be sold.

The same people write both. There is no account layer between a counterparty and the engineers.

Operating principle — applied throughout

We label what is shipped as shipped and what is in development as in development. You will not find a roadmap item dressed up as a product on this page.

XColdPro

Air-gapped cold storage for digital assets

Generally available

The revenue product. Software-based cold storage, generally available since July 2026 and purchasable today. Six sub-protocols, 22+ chains, hardware-bound licence activation, an optional hardware bundle, three commercial tiers and a live ambassador programme. It ships with its own storefront, subscription billing and partner payouts: the full commercial stack, operated by us.

  • AES-256, air-gapped by design
  • Standard BIP39 / BIP44 seeds
  • U.S. copyright registered
  • Patent pending
  • 13 languages
  • 3 commercial tiers

Stated plainly: the current security posture is internal static application security testing, not a third-party firm audit. An external audit is in scoping, and we will not claim it before it exists.

Release candidate

Our second custody product, progressing toward release candidate. It reuses the licensing, activation and commerce infrastructure already proven by XColdPro, which is what shortens the path from candidate to sale.

Sentinel Guard

Endpoint protection

Release candidate

Malware detection and response built to sit alongside the wallet rather than replace a general antivirus. Process, file and network monitors, quarantine and process termination, ransomware protection via shadow copies, DNS sinkholing, exploit mitigation, firewall rules, and brute-force and webcam watchers. Threat intelligence refreshes daily against global feeds.

What makes it different: it watches the paths that lead to wallet theft specifically. The clipboard guard copies data, waits 100 milliseconds, then re-reads the clipboard to catch crypto address substitution, which is the most common way funds are taken from a wallet user.

XColdPro BootVault

Bitcoin-only edition

Built, in beta

A Bitcoin-only build for an audience that rejects multi-chain wallets on principle. Standard BIP-39 with legacy, nested SegWit, native SegWit and Taproot derivation, real vbyte fee calculation, coin control with freeze and labels, RBF fee bumping, chain-enforced P2WSH multisig with full PSBT, watch-only descriptor export, and optional dice entropy at wallet creation.

What makes it different: no proprietary seed transform. The wallet restores in Sparrow, Electrum or a hardware wallet with XColdPro absent, which is the first property this audience tests.

What each engagement proves

Most of our clients are closely held firms, individuals or public bodies, and we keep their names private by default. What follows is described with permission, or described without identifying the counterparty. For an outside reader the relevant question is not who they are, but what each engagement proves.

CivicTI

Live in production

Municipal administration platform · Switzerland

98Domain modules
2,672Permissions · 28 roles
1,000+Database migrations
700+Automated test files

A complete operating platform for a Swiss municipal administration — designed, built, hosted and operated by us, and in daily production use across the administration. It replaced paper dossiers, spreadsheets and an ageing record system with a single application covering personnel and time and attendance, public works, the building and land registry, council and executive proceedings, public procurement, utilities, permits, local business records and the counters the public deals with.

It enforces the rules rather than describing them. Statutory retention periods, Swiss revised data protection law, procurement thresholds and the procedure each threshold obliges, and the documented decision trail an administration has to be able to reproduce years later. Records carrying legal weight carry an audit trail with them; nothing regulated disappears on a click.

  • Audit trail on regulated records
  • Token-scoped external portals
  • PDF & Word generated server-side
  • Geofenced QR time & attendance
  • GIS with cadastral and zoning layers
  • Hosted in Switzerland, nightly off-site backups
What it proves

That we can carry a system other people depend on every working day, under rules written by somebody else, and keep shipping into it without taking it down. The administration’s identity, rules and branding are configuration rather than code, so CivicTI deploys per administration — one is live today, and we are not counting the ones that are not. The operational signal matters more than the feature list: over a thousand database migrations and more than seven hundred automated test files have accumulated on a platform that cannot be offline during office hours.

Supply-chain certification platform

Active engagement

Switzerland · agricultural consortium

Taking an existing accredited certification standard and modelling it in software, rather than replacing it with a parallel scheme. The certification work sits on the same protocol layer as TRACE: tamper-evident records, integrity hashes published on chain, and the bulky material kept off it.

What it proves

That we can map somebody else’s accredited standard into a working system without asking them to adopt ours.

04 · Security, Compliance & IP

Our posture today, including the parts that are not finished

Custody software and certification systems are only worth what their weakest assumption is worth.

Security posture

  • AES-256, air-gapped by design. Keys are generated and held on a machine that never needs to touch a network.
  • Standard BIP39 / BIP44 derivation. No proprietary seed scheme. A customer can walk their seed to any compliant wallet — there is no lock-in, by choice.
  • Hardware-bound licence activation, with both online and offline activation paths.
  • Internal static application security testing is the current practice, run against every release.
  • No third-party audit yet. One is in scoping. We will not claim it before it exists.

Data & regulatory

  • GDPR-compliant architecture, with EU hosting available for engagements that require it.
  • Minimal on-chain surface. Sensitive and bulky records stay in tamper-evident off-chain storage; only integrity hashes are published.
  • Client confidentiality by default. Counterparties are not named without written agreement.
  • Multi-jurisdiction operation across the United States, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, with local-language delivery in four languages.
  • Existing standards mapped, not replaced. Certification work is modelled on the client’s accredited standard rather than a parallel scheme.

Intellectual property

  • U.S. copyright registered on XColdPro.
  • Patent pending on the core cold-storage architecture.
  • Owned outright. Token frameworks, brand system, narrative and game IP are designed, issued and operated in-house — no licensed core.
  • Reusable infrastructure. Licensing, activation, commerce and payout systems are shared across products, so each new line starts from a proven stack.
  • Custom smart contracts are publicly auditable where the engagement calls for it.
On what this section does not say

There is no third-party security audit, no regulatory licence and no insurance wrapper claimed here, because none is in place today. Where a counterparty needs one, it becomes part of the scope and the timeline rather than a line on a page.

07 · How We Work

We do not sell promises

Execution first

We do not sell promises. Every service we offer we have already built and operated on our own products.

The cold storage we license is the cold storage we use. The endpoint protection we build runs on our own machines before it runs on anyone else’s. The issuance layer our own multimedia properties sit on is one we designed and operate. When we quote a piece of work, we are quoting something we have already built, operated, and repaired at an inconvenient hour.

Security by design

Security is settled at architecture, not added at review.

It is why our cold storage is built on the assumption that the disk will one day be in someone else’s hands, why our Bitcoin edition ships standard BIP-39 so a wallet restores in Sparrow or Electrum with our software absent, and why our endpoint protection watches the clipboard for address substitution rather than waiting for a signature to match. None of those decisions can be retrofitted. That is exactly why they are made first.

Direct access

You speak to the people writing the code. There is no account layer between you and the build.

No question is relayed to an engineer and returned as an answer neither of you can verify. The person who replies is the person who can change the code that afternoon, and the one who will explain it if it turns out to have been the wrong change.

Built to grow

Systems are built for the load after the next one, not the load in the brief.

CivicTI runs 98 domain modules, 2,672 permissions across 28 roles, and more than a thousand database migrations in production today. That structure was designed in before it was needed, which is the only moment at which it can be.

Honest status

Shipped is labelled shipped. In development is labelled in development.

We would rather show you an unfinished thing accurately than a finished thing that is not. It is why this page marks which products are still in development instead of listing everything as available, and why our security section states exactly what has and has not been independently reviewed.

No flat rates

Custom work begins with paid discovery, and then a fixed price.

A fixed price quoted before discovery is one of two things: padded to cover what nobody yet knows, or a number someone will later have to walk back. Discovery is paid because it is real work, and what it produces is a scope precise enough that you can hold us to the figure that follows it.

Product status stated as of 27 August 2026. Client names withheld by default as a matter of policy. This page is an overview for prospective investors and partners and is not an offer to sell securities.
